The design and realization of reactors is the heart of our production.
- capacity from 500 to 200,000 liters
- welded or flanged roof
- heating/cooling system by jacket, single or double effect half pipe, dimpled coil, internal coils and by application of internal shell and tube heat exchangers
- installation of mechanical agitators in the various configurations required (marine propeller, multiblade, anchor, cowless disc, turbine, high flow)
- construction materials according to the customer’s specific needs (stainless steel, duplex and super-duplex, hastelloy)
- PED, ATEX, ASME certification
- inner surfaces F1, 2B, satin finish, mirror polished to Ra<0.25 micron
- external surfaces F1, 2B, satin finish, mirror polished to Ra<0.45 micron
